1.3 Ticket Purchase Policy |

Pursuant to Norwegian law, Londontheatreboxoffice.com hereby discloses that the
purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been
added to the face value of the tickets, and the selling price of the tickets is
substantially over face value and that, of the date of this Contract, Londontheatreboxoffice.com
may have no contract to obtain the tickets at a certain price from a person in possession
of the tickets, or from a person who has a contractual right to obtain the tickets
from the primary contractor. Londontheatreboxoffice.com may in some cases only act
as an agent for the seller of the tickets or make the marketplace Londontheatreboxoffice.com.info
available for ticket sellers for certain events. In these cases Londontheatreboxoffice.com
will give the same guarantee of delivery according to these terms and conditions
and our Order Guarantee.
Londontheatreboxoffice.com agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver,
prior to the date of the event, the tickets described above.
The price indicated in the order must be paid in its entirety within the due
date(s) in the order or the order will automatically be cancelled. Credit
card payments must be verified by the credit card company (online), or the order
will automatically be cancelled.
Double bookings may occur as a result of offline telephone booking and bookings
during system maintenance. Londontheatreboxoffice.com therefore reserves the right
to cancel any online bookings within 24 hours after order time. Any cancellation
because of this will be sent by e-mail and by post within 24 hours. Any deposit
paid will be fully refunded immediately. After 24 hours any order not cancelled
is binding for Londontheatreboxoffice.com according to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation before 24 hours will not trigger any extra payment from Londontheatreboxoffice
as described in the order guarantee.
Should Londontheatreboxoffice.com fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of
tickets contracted for, Londontheatreboxoffice.com s' sole obligation or liability
shall be limited to the return to BUYER maximum 105 % of any deposits and/or payments
for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to Londontheatreboxoffice.com under
this Contract and according to our Order Guarantee.
Londontheatreboxoffice.com deliver tickets and hospitality packages (event packages)
solely, and are not liable or shall not pay any form of compensation in case of
deferment or in case of cancellation of entire or parts of Event(s). In case of
any form of cancellation, Londontheatreboxoffice.com`s refund policy will be according
to the official organisers policy for the event. This means that in case of fully
or partly cancellation of an event Londontheatreboxoffice.com will refund to the
BUYER the same pro rate share of the ticket price including all taxes as the official
organiser of the event. Any delivery charges will not be refunded. Neither party
shall be liable for its delay of performance or its failure to perform hereunder,
owing to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding the above Londontheatreboxoffice.com`s
maximum liability to the BUYER shall be 105 % of the ticket price of tickets purchased
and paid.
All ticket orders are binding for the BUYER and cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
London theatreboxoffice may still accept a cancellation if possible and charge
a cancellation fee of 30%. All deposits are non refundable.
If the BUYER's first choice of ticket category is not available Londontheatreboxoffice.com
reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (with partial refund) the order to the
next available category. Any partial refund will be calculated based on ticket prices
at the time when the order was placed. Londontheatreboxoffice.com will keep record
of all changes in prices and historical data.
All payments made by credit card are being debited in the currency Euro, Gbp, Pound or
Nok. Londontheatreboxoffice.com updates currency rates weekly. Any currency fluctuations
and currency loss, as a result of this, are the BUYERS's sole responsibility and
the BUYER will hold Londontheatreboxoffice.com harmless of any such possible loss.
Londontheatreboxoffice.com will in each order indicate dates (and time) of delivery
or pick up. This is only for guidance and in case of delay's Londontheatreboxoffice.com
is entitled to deliver tickets up to 24 for hours before an event without being
in breach of the entered agreement of any ticket purchase.
The BUYER is obliged to inform Londontheatreboxoffice.com of any change in address,
hotel name and address where tickets can be delivered up to 24 hours before the
event. Londontheatreboxoffice.com may also instruct the BUYER to pick up tickets
at a local pick up address near the event. In any cases Londontheatreboxoffice.com
will not refund any delivery fees charged.
Londontheatreboxoffice.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed
tickets once tickets are sent to the buyer or in BUYERS' physical possession.
Only companies or self-employed tradesmen can order tickets on this Website. BUYER`s
confirm this when / by placing an order.

1.4 Indemnity |

its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees,
harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website,
including also your use of the website to provide a link to another website.

tickets for the relevant event(s) or tournament.

1.6 Governing Law |

The relationship between Londontheatreboxoffice.com and the BUYER shall be goverened
and interpreted in accordance with the Norwegian Law and the Parties agree that
Oslo Tingrett (Oslo City Court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any
dispute between the Parties.

is substantially over face value. The amount charged over the face value of the
tickets represents our cost price in the secondary market and our fair compensation
for the work and difficulty involved in obtaining premium seating to hard-to-get

official organizer, venue or box office. If you want to buy tickets from the venue
or official box office, please inquire directly.
All orders are final and binding for the customer and can not be cancelled under
any circumstance.
